All payload type entries must be configured to a value of ‘101’ as shown below. Since Comfort

Noise is not supported, the Enable RFC 3389 CN Payload Type must be set to ‘Disable.’ In

addition, the Comfort Noise Generation Negotiation field must be set to ‘Disable.’

Finally, the RTP Base UDP Port value must be set. In the testing and certification process, port

6000 was used, as shown below. However, this value is variable based on the customer internal

network configuration requirements. Unless, there is a specific need to use a different port

value, 6000 worked well for RTP traffic.
