Two Proxy Sets must be configured. Proxy Set ID ‘1’ is configured for the LAN-side of the

MSBG. As shown below, the Proxy Address is configured with the fully qualified domain name

(FQDN) of the customer’s Lync server. In test and certification configuration the value entered

is, ‘lync-server.lablync.integravoip.net.’ The Transport Type in this example is set to ‘TCP.’ The

other available option in the drop down menu is ‘TLS.’ The Proxy Keep Alive parameter is set to

use the ‘Options’ messages. There is no load balancing, hot swap, or redundancy provided.

This Proxy Set is assigned to SRD Index ‘1.’
