8. Select the Incoming Call Routing link in the P H O N E S Y S T E M C O N F I G U R A T I O N Menu.

9. Locate the relevant Fax DID’s on the system.

10. Click the Device drop down and select the Fax extension line appearance number as appropriate

using the extension created previously in step 4. See screen shot below.
